Some history on the car.
I recently bought the car from the Christian Mission (Goodwill) with the assumption it was on non-op. The car hasn;t ran since Feb 2010 until I bought it. I replaced the fuel pump, dropping resistors, voltage regulator and other minor things. It cranked first try after draining the fuel tank and refilling it.
I went to the DMV last week and discovered it WAS NOT on non-op and the fees to register the car comes to a total of $493. I was recently laid off and after putting about $1000 into the car to get it running again, I can't afford to register it at the moment.
I have noticed 3 nickel sized surface rust spots around the car, as well as, some surface rust in the engine bay underneath the battery tray.

I'm asking $2800 for the car OBO.
