103,000 on rust free body/chassis... very low, considering this great car is celebrating it's 40th birthday this month! (Built 10/1971)
This was my project car for the last few years. It's been a lot of fun, but it's pretty much finished.
RUNS LIKE A CHAMPION! FAST & FUN! approx 5,000 miles on professionally rebuilt L24 engine (.020 overbore, mildly ported high compression E88 head with bigger 260Z camshaft, rebuilt dual SU carburetors, MSD/Pertronix Electronic Ignition, Custom K&N Intake... many more extras!)
-5 speed manual transmission
-New Brake Master Cylinder, New Brake Rotors and Upgraded Pads.
-New Clutch Master & Slave Cylinder
-New Engine, Transmission and Differential Mounts
-New Energy Suspension Polyeurythane Suspension Bushings
-New Fuel Pump, Belts & Hoses
-All exterior lights work!! and the wiper motors! and dash lights and ALL gauges! (hard to find on older z's!)
-All new fluids (brake/clutch fluid, oi, coolant, trans, diff)
-Period-correct Shelby Racing Mag rims
-Sony X-plod stereo with ipod/aux & USB hookup, 6" kickpanel speakers with custom boxes 2 6x9 in the trunk with custom flush mounted box
-Lowering Springs and Performance Struts give it more acute handing and more aggressive stance
-Racing Header and Custom 2.5" exhaust gives it a very burly, yet refined engine note
-Real old skool Recaro Racing seats $$$$ reclinable AND slidable, very comfy. nearly mint condition! genuine MOMO steering wheel
-Custom Aluminum/Steel rear strut tower bar, custom front chin spoiler
