Is this for a 240Z seems like from the photo the muffler mounts up by the head pipe, is this complete from the manifold back?

found a used one in great shape for my 70 VIN 1382...wanted to tell anyone out there that this pipe gives your Z an awesome sound that no other pipe out there will give your Z....this is an awesome setup and should be purchased without hesitation!!!
