I'm looking for a worthy trade for my 95 civic hatch, 5spd manual. The car must be in good mechanical condition. Preferably daily driven, but reliable none the less. I'm willing to travel within the vicinity of the Oklahoma outlying states possibly further if i find the right car.
I am the current and 3rd owner of a JDM d15b vtec swapped 95 civic VX hatch. I have a lot of time and money in this car. Its daily driven with only 1 mechanical problem to speak of. Body has like 188k on it. I'm not even sure if i really want to give up the reliability of this car. Ive got documentation on this car all the way back to 27k miles. Only thing this car needs it body and paint work to make it awesome.
The fan blower works great on high, I cleaned out a bunch of crap inside the heater/blower box. It drives straight down the road, never wrecked. No wind noise to speak of inside the cabin, and with the jute i have behind all the interior panels its quiet inside while on the street or highway.Last run on the strip. I went 16.7 e.t. @84 mph on a failing input shaft bearing

-del sol seats
-recent A/c recharge & new a/c dryer
-short shifter
-new oxygen sensor
-Autopage rs-660 alarm & remote start
-tint
-Re-upholstered black knit headliner
-Osram Nightbreaker headlight bulbs
-Sound deadened interior
-rear speakers (highly sought after in civic hatch's)
-armrest
-oem mudflaps
-recent NEW starter change
-oem dash clock
I have done all the maintenance myself and im very anal about how my civic runs. It must run right or i fix it. I adjusted the clutch pedal & brake pedal back to stock specs. This car runs and drives really smoothly. I live in tulsa where the roads are bad, and its the best riding civic ive ever been in. The upgraded front brakes make short work of stopping the car no matter what speed your traveling. The car stops straight with no pulling either way. Its had a recent alignment. The front end has basically been rebuilt minus the calipers, and i even lubed everything up as far as the caliper pins and such. I take REALLY good care of my car. There is very little that i have not touched on this car. Super reliable! I've tried my best to re-create the feeling of an Si civic minus all the frills.
Bad stuff:
Hail beaten exterior
Needs another hood
Needs paint on hood and fender (swapped for less hail beaten ones)
Needs an input shaft bearing for tranny
Missing one rear interior peice, and another interior peice is broken.
I daily drive this car and i will continue to fix the current problems, until i can get back into a Z! There is very little wrong with my civic mechanically. I'm looking for a Z with very little wrong with it.
If you are interested in a trade and live near in oklahoma or close to email me @ i_am_four_all@yahoo.com
