I own a rare low VIN#00464 240Z I purchased recently but then got a '75 280Z practically for free that I would rather modify than the 240Z. The actual date of manufature is November 1969. Only 560 or so were actually made in 1969.
The body is straight with a nice blue paint job, the L24 starts up easily now that I installed a new fuel pump and fuel lines and did a tune up. Unfortunately it is not the original matching numbers engine for those that want a perfectly matching car. Has some rust issues on the floor boards and rear tailgate sill area. But the replacement parts are available to fix those areas. As I said the actual date of manufacture is 11/69 so its a very rare piece of Datsun Z history that is getting harder to find.
