Description:

These side runners are new replacements for those old, dirty, worn out, vinyl strips that are on the interior sides of your car. These runners are located between the door sill plate and the carpet.
My runners are black vinyl on the top side and white fabric on the bottom. They were cut from the exact same pattern used in the Nissan sponsored Remanufactured cars.
This is a hard item to find.
They can be installed by simply applying multi purpose adhesive (aerosol or paste) to the back side of the runner and push it into place.
shipping charges are included.

Mark, I tried to buy and pay with Paypal but it wouldn't include the $5 shipping charge (only reflected $25). I didn't want to short you $5. Anyway to fix this?

Mark;
Both full length pictures are of the original item and not what you're selling. Could you post a picture of the full length items you are selling?

Stephen, I'm not sure why it is't adding the shipping costs. I simply changed to $30 with no shipping charges.
Thanks for the heads up.

EScanlon,
I'm not sure what you mean. The full length picture is exactly what I am selling.
The picture is not of the original piece which came on the car in 1971, nor is it the acctual piece they used on the remanufactured cars.
The pictures are of the actual vinyl I cut using the part I purchased from the company who supplied the runners for the remanufactured cars as a template.
They are nice runners. As I said before, this is something that anyone could do. I've simply pre-cut these for those who don't want to go to the trouble of doing it themselves.
Thanks,
Mark

Mark, I was able to click on Buy the Item before, now I don't see it, am I missing something?
Thanks,
Stephen

I don't have mine installed right now because I'm about to replace my rocker panels. I will put one side in and take a picture this weekend.
I got a really good digital last month so I can probably get a good shot of it.

The reason I posted what I did was that the full picture appears to have the heat formed contours already done. I'm not sure if yours has that done to it or not. If they DO have that done, then that is the source of my confusion.
I was under the impression that yours were simply FLAT vinyl that one would have to form to the car. If they're already formed then they're DEFINITELY worth it, although at $30 for the pair, they're worth it now even if they are flat.

EScanlon, it must just be the way they look in the picture because they are not formed. They are flat strips of vynil cut in the correct shape to fit the Zcar. The vynil is not thick and hard so it will form to anything you apply it to.
Like I said this is something anyone could make, I've just made it easier because I've already cut them out for you. Although, I found it easier to cut this pattern from the runners I bought from the company that did the restoration project then trying to cut a pattern from the old dirty ones I pulled out of my car.
Thanks,
Mark
